At Just a Theory Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
